Getting started

Before you order

Please review the house rules, present on the homepage of the service. DO NOT order if you don't agree with any of them.

Your order

When you order, we will receive a notification that a new order is pending. To speed up the process, you can use the website embedded messaging system to send us the OS you would like to have (we have a preference for Debian, Ubuntu Server, FreeBSD and OpenBSD, but we are open to others) as well as an SSH public key.

To generate an SSH key pair, you can use the following command: ssh-keygen -t ed25519 (we recommend the ed25519 key type but you can use others).

You will be then prompted to enter a file name, if you don't have any other key, keep the default as it will make things easier later.

Delivery

The delivery is a manual process (for now). Please allow 24-48 business hours for delivery.

TIP

The actual billing period won't start before the service is delivered to you.
